Your Home has been specially designed with separate entryways and locks to give you the option of leasing using up to three different configurations:
OPTIONS
1) Complete Condo: 2 bedrooms, two and one half bathroms, living/dining room, kitchen and laundry room;
2) Guest bedroom, one and one half bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, and laundry room;
3) Master bedroom with one full bathroom and a small living room (similar to what you would find in an upscale hotel suite).
Our Leasing Pool promotes your Condo, acts as your personal Property Manager and diligently maintainsd and oversees the cleaning of your unit. We also provide an affordable “Tenant’s Package” (linens, towels, toiletries) if you prefer to keep those items separate. Perhaps most importantly, we procure damage deposits, promptly collect and promptly remit rental monies to you (via courier if requested) and conduct an exit inspection on your behalf before the return of any damage deposit.
All you need do is fax us with those dates you will intend to occupy your Home so that we can remove it from the rental market. We’ll look after the rest. So now you can see how the flexibility your Home’s layout has can translate into even greater rental income for you. Alternatively, your layout can also give you added privacy when guests arrive.
